Since I was a young boy, I have always been around a camera. My dad worked for the Ventura Star-Free Press and I used to hang out with him and marvel as black and white prints seemed to magically appear in the developing solution in the darkroom. My love of photography grew into sharing the stories of others from all around the world. After graduation from San Diego State University, I began a career in television news as a photojournalist and have been able to interview Charles Manson, among other notorious characters, and go to 5 Super Bowls, 3 World Series and the NBA Finals! but the best part is having the opportunity to tell the stories of regular people. And that is what I will continue to do for the rest of my life.
